As per company policy we do provide return & Exchange on any product once sold. Once the www.bagrublock.com item is sold, the product can only be exchanged for replacement in a upper or same price value product.
If the product is eligible for exchange, you may write to us at bagrublock@gmail.com strictly within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Once acknowledged by the team, we do provide reverse pickup facility.
If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please email us with your order no. After receiving the the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
