1. Returns

We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. You have 4 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Exceptions:

• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Email us at support@bagrublock.com with your order number and reason for the return.
   
• Receive Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
   
• Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package.
   
• Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, excluding shipping costs.

Note:

• If the item shows signs of wear or does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund or send the item back to you.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and specify your desired exchange in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
